CrowdChange Inc. ("we", "us", "our" or “CrowdChange”) is committed to protecting your privacy. COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

• use the Services to start a fundraiser, enter a fundraiser, or support a fundraiser;
• upload a picture to the Services;
• send a picture or multiple pictures through the Services;
• post a comment, question or complaint; and
• provide information about how you heard about our Services.

Using Our Services

When you use our Services, you may be asked to provide registration information that identifies you ("Registration Information"). We collect personal information and other information regarding your fundraiser including your name; email address; date of birth; fundraiser name; name of entity for which you are fundraising; fundraiser goals; fundraiser photo; an overview of your fundraiser in the “About” section; fundraising team names; mailing address; phone number; and other information you provide in connection with your fundraiser(s).

Send Pictures

When you upload a picture, we may store it as part of your profile and it will be publicly available to all viewers of your profile. Also, when you send us a picture or message via email or text message or Snapchat, we may take a screenshot of your picture or message for the purposes of compliance with the Rules.

Customer Service

If you contact us with a question, comment or complaint, you may be asked for information that identifies you (such as your name or email address) along with additional information we need to help us confirm your identity (if necessary), and to promptly answer your question or respond to your comment or complaint. We may also retain this information to assist you in the future and to improve our customer service and service offerings.

DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We will not disclose, trade, rent, sell or otherwise transfer your personal information, without your consent, except as provided at the time of collection or otherwise set out herein.

Partners and Affiliates

We may share your personal information with organizations to which you donate, as well as affiliated organizations and other entities working on their behalf. For example, if CrowdChange is the host of a website operated by a third party ("partner") we will share your personal information with this partner.

Service Provider Arrangements

We may transfer (or otherwise make available) your personal information to our affiliates, partners and other third parties who provide services on our behalf. For example, we may use service providers to host our servers or send communications on our behalf.

Our service providers are given the information they need to perform their designated functions, and we do not authorize them to use or disclose personal information for their own purposes. Your personal information may be maintained and processed by our affiliates and other third party service providers in the U.S., which may not have the same data protection laws or afford the same data privacy rights as your country of residence. Technical Information

When you use our Services, we collect information about your interaction with our servers. We also collect the IP (Internet protocol) addresses of all users of our Services and other related information such as device type, operating system and average time spent using our platform. We collect and use this information for the purposes of helping us understand how users use our Services and to optimize our platform and service offering. We may also collect cookies (including Adobe or flash cookies) and web beacons. These are used to help us to improve our services to you. Children Under Thirteen

Our Services are not intended for use by and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. If we discover that we have such information in our possession, we will destroy it.

We have implemented administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information in our custody and control against unauthorized access, use, modification and disclosure.

That said, no data transmissions over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. We may use advertisers, third party ad networks, and other advertising companies to serve advertisements. Please be advised that such advertising companies may gather information about your use of our Services or other sites (such as through cookies, web beacons and other technologies) to enable such advertising companies to market products or services to you, to monitor which ads have been served to your browser and which webpages you were viewing when such ads were delivered. OPTING OUT

If you opt out, we may still send you transactional or relationship messages, such as emails about your account or our ongoing business relations.

ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

You have the right to access, update, and correct inaccuracies in your personal information in our custody and control, subject to certain exceptions prescribed by law. To request access, updating or correction of inaccuracies in your personal information that we have in our custody or control, you can email or write to us at the contact information set out below. We may request certain personal information for the purposes of verifying the identity of the individual seeking access to their personal information records.

PASSWORDS

While many of our Services are publicly accessible, access to your account information and some of our Services are accessible only through the use of an individual user ID and password. To protect the confidentiality of personal information, you must keep your password confidential and not disclose it to any other person. Please advise us immediately if you believe that the confidentiality of your password has been compromised or that your password has been misused. In addition, always log out and close your browser when you finish your session. Please note that we will never ask you to disclose your password in an unsolicited phone call or email. CROWDCHANGE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACTIONS TAKEN REGARDING YOUR ACCOUNT WHILE A USER IS LOGGED IN USING YOUR USER ID AND PASSWORD.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes to our personal information practices. When our Privacy Policy changes, we will post a notice via our Services, and for material changes, we will notify you by email or message. TRACKING

We do not support Do Not Track browser settings and do not currently participate in any “Do Not Track” frameworks that would allow us to respond to signals or other mechanisms from you regarding the collection of your personal information.

Please note that any information you include in a message you post to any chat room, forum or other public posting area is available to anyone with Internet access. If you do not want people to know your email address, for example, do not include it in any message you post publicly.
